Nathan Richter - Principal Nathan has been the principal since July 2008. He also teaches science classes
at Valley Lutheran and serves as the athletic director. He is married to Kari and has two sons: Justin and Josiah.
Nathan's favorite part of his job is leading chapels here at Valley and at other Christian schools.

Linsay Csukker - Social Studies Linsay has been teaching Social Studies at Valley Lutheran since August 2007.
Aside from teaching the students all about history, government, and geography, Linsay also helps with the yearbook, prom,
and many other activities at the school.

Michael Runge - Mathematics Michael has been teaching math at Valley Lutheran since August 2007. Michael also
helps out as a coach for some of the athletic teams at Valley. In his spare time, Mr. Runge enjoys plucking away on
his guitar, playing any one of a plethora of sports, or just hanging out with friends.
Lucas Tanney - Theology Lucas accepted the call to be the full time theology teacher at Valley
Lutheran Middle and High School, starting in August 2009. He comes to us as a new graduate from Concordia University
in Seward, Nebraska. Lucas will also teach the P.E. and Health classes. Mr. Tanney is an avid cross-country runner
and will be helping out with the Ignition youth group.
Carissa Stout has been teaching at Valley Lutheran since
August 2008. She teaches choir as well as vocal and instrumental lessons. She also teaches 5th - 8th grade band
at Janesville Consolidated School. Carissa enjoys accompanying students in the UNI School of Music and the UNI Suzuki
School. She also performs for weddings. In her spare time (and when she has spare money), Carissa enjoys traveling
and shopping.

Vanessa Ebling - English Vanessa joined
the Valley Lutheran Staff in August 2008. Along with her everyday English teaching duties, Vanessa also runs a "Writer's
Workshop" for any students interested on improving their writing skills.

Barb Reinking - Secretary When she is not busy pulling pranks on the teachers, Barb finds time to volunteer
as one of the school secretaries. The whole school loves her and she is a blessing to Valley Lutheran.
